Assisted living flats
These are a housing resource with the purpose of carrying out a role of socio-educative support for boys and girls in care aged 16 upwards and youngsters formerly in care, or young adults who are in the environment and who social services consider in need of primary attention.
The objective is that the youngsters achieve full independence and independence in the different aspects of their lives.
The educational team at CRAE assess the possibilities of making them available to youngsters from 16 years old, that’s to say, before reaching adulthood.
The assisted flats grew from the framework offered by Àrea de Suport al Jove Tutelat i Extutelat (ASJTET).
