The Fundació Plataforma Educativa began the Salt assisted flat project in 2003 in a different location until in 2006, when it was based in a flat given by Salt Council. It is an ASJTE collaborative assisted flat. From the beginning of 2008 it has been run directly by Fundació RESILIS
