Independent-living Promotion Service

The service promoting independent living amalgamates all of the programmes and projects managed by our organisation that are intended for young people at risk who are involved in the process of becoming independent.

We understand that the objective of combining them is to enable each of the programmes, projects and actions to be interconnected and to benefit each other, from an approach to work that is cross-curricular and dynamic. In short, the overall nature not only tries to cover every necessity that the young people our projects are aimed at have to face but to do it with synergy, where the parts combine and concentrate with only one objective: to provide young people with support and strategies that allow them to build themselves a future with decent opportunities.

At present the promotion service includes a UFA, an independent living promotion unit, 2 assisted living flats and a follow-up service.

Staff

The independent living promotion unit comprises a director and links with educators that work in each of the different programmes.
