SThese are a resource of accompaniment and socio-educative support to those youngsters with a high level of autonomy and who don’t stay in assisted flats but who require support in their move towards independence. It involves intervention with youngsters who social services consider in need of primary attention and that, despite not having been wards of court, remain in a situation of risk, exclusion or serious difficulty. It helps to put the youngster in contact with services for finding work, accommodation or to carry out family-related tasks or use a more specialised service mindful also of the most therapeutic aspect of the accompaniment.
Location
The headquarters of the service is situated in St. Narcís Avenue in Girona and shares space with the Pla interdepartamental and the Federación de Entidades con Pisos y Proyectos Asistidos.

Background
The follow-ups project has been developed in an informal way by the Fundació Plataforma Educativa since 1999, and was consolidated in 2002. Fundació Resilis has run it since the start of 2008.

1 educator, 1 therapist, 1 lawyer and a mediator (all part-time)
